You are not alone

The glass window opens every morning
She gazes across suns golden rays;
Trying to solve the mystical mystery,
She joins her hands for a humble prayer
Her trembling pink fingers handle the bow
Gracefully and excellently, the violin smiles
Splendid music fills the room, evading loneliness
Bored of this humdrum, the little sparrow hushed
Jumping on her tender lap, he chirped cheerfully
Distracting her loneliness, “I am here for you”
It was just her dream painting, she longs it to be real

War never ends

Balachandran Prabhakaran, son of slain LTTE chief Prabhakaran

This little kid deserved a life he dreamt. If we cant sow goodness in this tender heart, how can we evade terror from earth. An eye for an eye would never end.

Kids and elders killed brutally

Our sisters raped and stripped

Mothers fell into a tear draught

Blood sucking power vampires,

Erasing preserved rich legacies

As refugees, the survivors groan

You fought against your brothers?

For the land and power, ain’t it?

Why did you kill innocents?

Was it to defend yourself?

Do you have a reasonable claim?

Did you achieve your goal?

Resting martyrs, in your safe graves

You have wiped out, your enemy,

deep down the roots, every gene

not to have an opposition

Is your speculation accurate?

Let Creator define the future show.

Rava Kesari(Easiest way without mess)

The soul rejoices dreaming unheard future- Shalini Samuel

Ravai or Sooji - 2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water-1 cup
Cashew Nuts- Few(Roasted in ghee)
Colour Powder
Ghee

Follow the measurements strictly.

Procedure:

Roast two cups of Sooji along with ghee. You are adding ghee so not too mess later. Or else you would end up with lumps of sooji and sugar or you will have some sticky glue at the end.Roast it till yellowish brown . Keep it aside.

Boil one cup water. Now add the roasted sooji slowly, and keep stirring  avoiding lumps. When sooji has been cooked, add the sugar. Now carefully stir so as the sugar melts it doesnt form lumps with sooji or it sticks to the vessel.Add color powder, yellow or red as you wish. Its just to make the dish attractive. You wont be having time to move here and there, so keep everything near you and be brisk. Once sugar mixes completely add roasted cashew nuts and a tablespoon of ghee. Transfer it to a tray. If you wish, you can make it into pieces once it cools.

Easy and simple sweet. But too sugary, if you are health conscious  you cant eat it!! If you wish you can reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup.If you reduce ghee it wont be smooth and slippery, but it still tastes good.

Vanished Lane

Just ten months,
Our very first journey,
Into a concrete laid, garden.
Not knowing the way back;
Probing for years -lost lane,
to touch Paradise once more.
Will womb be our home again?
Is tomb the only exit
