You living in a small room
Keeping things in the rack
Under your pillow
In your suitcase
In safe havens
In your table
In kitchen
But I
Living in a big paradise
I can keep in trash cans
On mountain top
On tree branches
Windows of multi storey buildings
Inside burrows
Wherever I wish under the sky
Its not easy to search back
Using Find option
I have to fly over miles
I have to remember my nest
And you fools
Calling me forgetfull crow
Caw! Caw! Caw!

Goodness! That has a bit of everything in it!
Remember my nest - great line, Distance always puts a fence between us and our emotions. Very interesting
Amazing poem. It definitely gives me a deeper appreciation for the crow. Welcome to Poetry Pantry. Hope we will continue to see you here each week.
Thankyou Mary and Mametz
how foolish and arrogant we are to judge the innate wisdom of other beings.
The line ... I must remember my nest... I found that very powerful and resonating... we must remember our nests. Great poem.
to say that man does consider himself master of all...needs a crow to prove him wrong!
very well put!!1
Yes Laura, we are very ignorant of whats happening around us
Yeah Serena you think so deeply
Yup Akila man had so many things greater than him..but he is ignorant and exploits those things for his selfishness...
This reminds me of the movie 'Inception'. And what a creative way to express the oh-so-wide expanse of one's imagination. I loved it. Beautiful poem.
What a terrific perspective. I appreciate the way you show us the pluses and minuses of each lifestyle.
